BUSINESS ANALYST II

JOB PURPOSE

Under the management of the Project Manager, the Business Analyst II will assist clients in assessing and determining solutions to meet business goals and objectives. This includes eliciting, analyzing, documenting and managing the business requirements, formulating conceptual models, developing and maintaining systems and business designs.  The Business Analyst II will also assist in implementation facilitation of business solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Experience in the analysis and definition of strategic objectives.
  • 2-4 years’ experience as a practitioner participating in the Software development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Advanced software Engineering exposure.
  • 2 years’ business systems analysis or business systems design experience or both.
  • 1 years’ experience in Project Management
  • Experience in change management, that is, stakeholder analysis, business transformation, communication strategy development and execution, organizational design, training program design and execution.
  • Experience in the use of UML, Process Flows, Design and Presentation Tools.
  • Experience in the analysis and the definition of strategic objectives for organizations.

Desirable 

  • Training in Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in Process Engineering.
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
