Job Purpose:

Under the supervision of the Department Head – Administration, the Senior Supervisor, Property Management will manage the day-to-day operations of the Property and Motor Vehicle Fleet in keeping with the company’s policy directives, goals and objectives. The position will also oversee the development and implementation of processes and procedures, maintenance and support functions, staff supervision and any other related services for the Unit.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Monitors the maintenance of the structural, plumbing and electrical infrastructure of the buildings.
  • Manages the maintenance of grounds.
  • Oversees contractors/suppliers working for the company.
  • Monitors the development, planning and implementation of construction or refurbishing work.
  • Manages the company’s motor vehicle fleet.
  • Monitors service contracts.
  • Makes arrangements for the inspection of the buildings, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
  • Manages the acquisition, maintenance and replacement of the company’s fixed assets.


  • Diploma/Associate Degree in Construction Management, Facilities. Management, Engineering or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of three (3) years construction management experience, two (2) of which must be at a supervisory level.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings with key emphasis on furniture and space planning concepts.
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word and Auto CAD, MS Project.
  • Training in Office Management, Property Management and GOJ Procurement Procedures.
  • Knowledge of HVAC electrical circuits, maintenance and installation techniques.
  • Knowledge of plumbing.
