Senior Programmer Analysts (Mobile and Web Developers)


The Senior Programmer Analyst will work in an agile software development environment with cross-functional teams using Microsoft .Net, Java Enterprise Edition (JEE), Spring Framework, Content Management Systems (CMS) and other leading software development frameworks and platforms. The incumbent will develop, maintain and support mission critical mobile and web applications.



  • Develops application functions in accordance with specification
  • Develops programming specifications
  • Documents application functions
  • Performs formal and informal walkthroughs
  • Tests programs and systems
  • Defines and effects corrective measures for errors and omissions identified.
  • Undertakes re-work of project tasks, which do not conform to, prescribed systems development standards and functional requirements.
  • Drafts project implementation plan
  • Estimates the effort required to undertake tasks.
  • Specifies procedures and controls that will ensure the integrity of the conversion process
  • Assists clients in the data conversion process
  • Provides guidance to junior members of staff.
  • Investigates and provide solution to clients’ production problems as directed.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a recognized tertiary institution.     
  • Four (4) years’ experience as a developer                                        
  • Experience working with  Relational Database Management Systems; preferably PostgreSQL and Informix
  • Experience with SQL, HTML5 , CSS, JavaScript, XML, Java and/or C#, JEE technologies and/or Microsoft .Net,  Spring Framework
  • 2 years’ experience developing websites with WordPress or Drupal
  • 2 years’ working experience developing mobile applications with a Hybrid Mobile Application Framework; preferably Flutter
  • Experience developing Microservices, Restful and SOAP Web Services
  • Good working knowledge of LINUX.

The salary scale ranges from $2.85 – $3.42 million per annum plus any allowance(s) attached to this position.
