Description of Works:

Supply, Commission and Implementation of the following:

Lot 1 – Supply, Staging, Delivery and Commissioning of 2 Blade Servers, Lot 2 – Supply Staging, Delivery and Commissioning of a Storage Area Network – Type A, Lot 3 – Supply Staging, Delivery and Commissioning of a Storage Area Network – Type B, Lot 4 – Supply Staging, Delivery and Commissioning of 2 Rack Servers.

Eligibility:

NCC |TCC | at Contract Award. 

Manufacturer’s Authorization at the time of bid submission.

Procurement Method: 

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the IDB’s Policies for the Procurement of Works and Goods (GN-2349-9).

Available on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Tender Documents will be available for download as at November 11, 2017, download is free of charge.  Registration instructions are available on the website above for online submission. 

The tender document is also available locally in hard copy at eGov Jamaica Limited at the specified address above at a non-refundable cost of J$5,000.00 in cash or manager’s cheque payable to eGov Jamaica Limited OR electronic wire transfer of US$55.00 for International vendors. Bid package will be available from November 13, 2017 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Deadline for submission: 

Submission deadline is on or before December 13, 2017, at 2:00:00 p.m

Bids may be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm. Alternatively a bid may be submitted to procurement@egovja.com OR in the bid box provided at the address above at or before the submission deadline.

 

Bid Opening takes place on the same day at 2:15:00 p.m. A bid opening report will be sent to all Bidders that submitted a proposal.
